TOzoning is an information portal maintained by Downe Dewdney Strategies Ltd. intended to serve two purposes: providing clients with actionable insights on development project risks and providing members of the public with transparency on how Toronto City Council is voting on housing applications.

Downe Dewdney Strategies Ltd. is a digitally-enabled firm – in addition to TOzoning, we also maintain a database of over 1,000 hours of indexed City Council and committee audio records and are committed to the ongoing adaptation of AI capabilities to enhance our work and develop client tools.
